The resulting misfolded and mis-distorted product, is cytotoxic, with cancer cells accumulating too much cytotoxic material in certain situations, and the majority (65 to 85%) of such product is toxic. Conversely, many cancer-lethal drugs can be rapidly fatal, at much faster rates. In addition, as the biochemical and physiological roles and pathways of these compounds and their metabolites are complex, these compounds also have an array of biochemical functions.[@ref5] [@ref6] By modifying certain enzymes to permit their catalysis, some of the mechanisms of cancer have been advanced or improved.
